Ready to unleash your inner comedian? Join Claire Pollock (she/her) for an open level improv class for adults focused on character work, short-form improv, and fun games.
Held every 2nd and 4th Wednesday from 6–7 PM at KWENCH, running July 9th, July 23rd, August 13th, and August 27th.
This class is open to everyone over the age of 18 and provides a safe, welcoming environment for members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. You’ll build confidence, explore creative storytelling, and develop unique characters through supportive exercises.
All classes are by donation! (suggested donation $15) Laugh and learn this summer at KWENCH. Open to everyone 18+ with a focus on creating a safe and welcoming space for attendees. Come dance it out and, connect, and have fun by donation all summer long.

About your instructor:
Claire Marie Pollock (she/her) is a comedienne, emcee, and dancer from Vancouver, BC. She received her degree in Theatre and Dance from the University of Wales. A former mainstage performer at the Improv Centre on Granville Island, Claire combines her expertise in comedy, theatre, and character-driven improv to captivate audiences across the West Coast and the UK with her unique blend of humor, creativity, and diverse storytelling. Known for her warm and supportive teaching style, Claire is dedicated to uplifting her students, fostering confidence, and inspiring creativity in every class.
