With a stunning backdrop of Willows Beach, these free outdoor concerts celebrate music and the arts. Our concerts highlight local musicians with emerging artists as opening acts. Featuring: Marimba Mufaro Pacific Opera Victoria STAGES Dance Company The Lekwengen Traditional Dancers Location: Willows Beach Park, Oak Bay Date: Saturday, July 5, 2025 Time: 2:00 p.m. Admission: Free Bike to the concert?
