Event description
Yoga for Athletic Recovery: Workshop with Lisa Claire
Designed for athletes, runners, cyclists, hikers, gym-goers, and really, anyone carrying tension or looking to move more freely, this session blends therapeutic yoga and functional movement to support your recovery.
Whether you're training hard or just need to decompress from daily life, we’ll slow things down and focus on what your body actually needs: mobility, breath, and letting go of what’s tight.
Using bolsters, props, and gentle stretches, you’ll target the areas most impacted by physical activity. We’ll work on increasing mobility, improving joint stability, and promoting muscle recovery.
You don’t need to be “good at yoga” – just open to moving differently. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, restored, and with simple tools to keep your body moving with greater ease.
