Barnyard Wine Fair

Barnyard Wine Fair showcases natural, biodynamic, and organic wines and ciders available in British Columbia, including locally grown and imported. Our focus is to celebrate the growers, makers, and importers of these products in an engaging and familial environment. The event takes place at the Save-on-Foods Memorial Centre, in Victoria, British Columbia. At our inaugural event, in held in 2023, we welcomed 36 wineries and importers, with wines from across Canada, Europe, South America, Africa, and Asia. The community showed up in a big way, creating a high energy event, along with supporting smaller pop-ups throughout the city of Victoria. At the Fair attendees are welcomed to sample hundreds of wines made with unusual varieties, ancient winemaking techniques, and thoughtful farming practices. Our goal is to introduce something new, perhaps something unexpected, while supporting our local wine community. Barnyard was born out of a passion for wine and promoting sustainability within it. Our events are about connection, between growers, importers, sellers, and consumers. We are a small team, supported by a larger community of wine professionals and amateurs, and we thank you for making our events possible.
