Adult Community Education | Arts | 4-hour workshop (break included) Immerse yourself in the rich jewel-tones of summer with artist, author, and inspiring instructor Wendy Picken. Using what Wendy describes as “fingerpainting without the paint,” explore the mixed medium technique she has developed over the past 30 years, and learn to create joyful, beautiful flowerscapes utilizing china markers, pastels, coloured pencil and wax. Suitable for beginners, for those with no art experience, artists interested in new techniques, and those who have taken the class in the past and wish to refresh and explore in a fun, supportive environment. All supplies and materials are included. Class size limited. Registration includes all day admission to the Gardens at HCP.
